Swing Dance Party featuring the Forte Big Band with Vocalist Jenna Bohannon Sat, Aug 17 Jenna Bohannon has fronted the Forte Big Band and its past iterations with her powerful and serene vocal stylings for aver 15 years . She is complimented by the one and only Forte Big Band playing all the great Glenn Miller, Count Basie, Benny Goodman songs from the 1940's Big Band Era.
Every month on third Saturdays, Forte is proud to present for your listening and dancing pleasure our Swing Dance Party. The evening begins from 6:30pm-7:30pm with a Swing dance lesson led by none other than Stephen Duane. Then for the remainder of the evening, until 11:30pm, you can relax and listen to great music from the Early Jazz and Big Band era.
